What we sell

A subscription to Livery, a service for building and hosting websites for local businesses. Prices, what each tier includes and the billing period are shown before you buy and again on the subscription screen.

Payment and VAT

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, charges and remits VAT in your country, and issues the invoice. Your contract for the payment is with Paddle; your contract for the service is with Lauridsen Software.

Supervision and dispute resolution

Lauridsen Software is not a regulated profession and is not subject to an authorisation scheme. Consumer complaints that we cannot settle can be taken to Nævnenes Hus (Center for Klageløsning og Forbrugerklagenævnet), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU may use their national equivalent.

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down in July 2025 and is deliberately not linked here; a dead link to a dissolved body is worse than none.
